1. What is the Arialusso Swap service?

Arialusso Swap is a device protection plan that lets you exchange eligible electronics for a working

replacement when they get damaged, stop working, or are lost (depending on your plan). No

repairs. No hassle. Just swap.

2. I didn’t buy my device from Arialusso. Can I still sign up?

Yes! You can register devices bought anywhere—online, in-store, secondhand—as long as they

meet our eligibility requirements.

3. When does my coverage start?

Your coverage begins after a waiting period:

  • Solo Swap / Swap+: 30 days

  • Premium Swap: 15 days

This helps us prevent fraud and keep plan pricing low for everyone.

4. How do swaps work?

If your device becomes eligible for a swap:

  1. File a claim through your dashboard or by email

  2. We review and approve it (usually within 24–48 hours)

  3. Depending on your plan:

    ◦ We ship your replacement first (Premium)

    ◦ Or you ship your damaged device in first (Solo, Swap+)

  4. You receive a working replacement device—same or similar model

5. What technical specifications are required for device eligibility?

• It's less than 3 years old

• It’s fully functional at sign-up (no cracks, glitches, or major wear)

• It has a visible serial number or IMEI

• It’s not blacklisted, region-locked, or reported lost/stolen

• You submit photos or video showing the device condition via email address of our store

6. What kind of replacement do I get?

You'll receive a certified refurbished device of the same make, model, and color if available. If your

exact device isn't available, we'll offer a comparable model with equal or better specs.
