30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is also required.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
– Custom or personalized products
– Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original order and place a new one separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at salles@arialusso.com.
